What is your regular MOQ?
Different products have different MOQ, for regular products, we usually can do 600pcs/design with 2colors.
Can you do designs for us?
We have professional design team to provide products and package designs according to your requirement.
What is your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, the balance 70% against BL copy, but flexible payment terms can be discussed based on our cooperation and the order amount.
Are you familiar with EU and USA test requirement?
Yes, we are very familiar with EU and USA test requirement, we provide ECO-friendly products, and we have test equipment and long time cooperation with SGS, TUV and BV.
What is your minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is UDS 3000 per shipment, if the order amount per shipment is lower than USD 3000, we have to charge extra UDS 300 for inland transportation and export documents.
How does your quality control?
First, our merchandisers follow orders from the very beginning, including material checking, test checking, and quality checking. Second, we have experienced QA and QC team to check products before shipment with AQL standard. Third, we have our own Inspection Company to meet high quality control needs.
